Growing Bioluminescent Bacteria

Bacteria grows on freshly prepared
GB saltwater agar*.

Bacteria will cover Petri dish in
18 to 24 hours.

Bacteria will glow until all
surface food source on Petri dish is exhausted.

maximum bioluminescence of bacteria.

Bioluminescence can be seen in low
